At Butterfly Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging; our team will verify that the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Package

  Dispatch the parcel to our warehouse address provided by our support team using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
